Meet Dyna
A life of building, learning, and giving back
Before Dyna was an executive, she was a working parent, a founder, and someone learning how to keep going through change. Her life has included achievement, but also adversity — divorce and single parenthood, a six-month layoff during COVID, the grind of starting companies and raising capital, and the loss of both parents.
That is why she believes leadership has to be practical, transparent and human. What happens at City Hall decides where people can live, how safe they feel, whether their business survives, and whether the next generation gets to stay in Tahoe.

- Responsible for a $30M insights and consulting business — growth strategy, margin discipline, forecasting, client retention, innovation and talent performance.
- Co-founded and scaled TrueSample and UBMobile, translating emerging technology into commercial platforms across data quality and mobile insights.
- Known for transparent, accountable, people-centered leadership — maintaining one of the highest employee satisfaction scores across business units.
- Stanford Graduate School of Business — Stanford Executive Program, 2025–2026. She went back to school at 53, because leaders should never stop learning.
- Oregon State University — B.S., Business Administration & Healthcare Administration.

Teachers, first responders, healthcare workers and local employees should have a fair chance to live in the community they serve.
